Registration Opens in October 2024

Essex Community Outreach Corporation, in collaboration with Casey Family Programs, the YMCA of Greater Seattle and other sponsors and partners, will host Cinematique: Fostering Community and Connection. This year, we are investing to expand the event for greater impact and to serve even more foster and underserved youth and families in our region. 

Planning for Cinematique 2024 is underway in earnest. We are making bold investments in our event location and logistics to significantly increase our capacity to serve.  We are pleased to share that Cinematique 2024 will be held at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue Evergreen Ballroom and Foyer.

Here are a few details about the event:

• What: Cinematique: Fostering Community and Connection

• Who:  Welcoming registered and confirmed foster and underserved youth and their families

• Tentative Date: Sunday, December 15, 2024

• Check-in Time for Registered Youth and Families:  10 am  

• Resource Fair: 10 am - 1 pm

• Location:  Hyatt Regency Bellevue Evergreen Ballroom and Foyer

Youth and Families invited to Attend are eligible for the following, courtesy of our partners and sponsors (while supplies last):

• Movie Passes for all attending family members to a showing a movie of your choice at Cinemark Lincoln Square.

• A Gift Card (one per family)

• Cinemark cards for all attending family members towards the purchase of refreshment at Cinemark Lincoln Square.

• A complimentary, Try-It Membership at the YMCA of Greater Seattle

• A gift bag (one per family) of resources and sponsored tickets, passes, and gifts for the whole family from our generous sponsors, which in the past have included:  Complimentary passes such as ice skating, Seattle Art Museum, MoPop, Lucky Strike Power Play cards, Seattle Aquarium, Bellevue Botanical Gardens, Sponsor Gift Cards, and more.
